We are recruiting a Gardening Supervisor to join our caring and dynamic team, which is working to improve the lives of people with learning differences and/or mental health needs. The ideal candidate will help develop our beneficiaries’ skills, while maintaining and improving customers’ gardens and grounds.

We run several not for profit enterprises that provide safe and supported work experience and work-based training for adults with learning difficulties and/or mental health needs.

One of our key services is gardening, and we have teams operating from our Hexham base working for customers across the Tyne Valley. The teams provide gardening services to domestic and commercial customers.
Staff work with beneficiaries to carry out this work, which includes garden maintenance, soft-landscaping, design, and improvement.
Due to demand from both beneficiaries and customers we are seeking an additional Gardening Supervisor.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with enthusiasm, dedication, the desire to help others, and good gardening skills and knowledge. You will be working to make real and tangible differences to the lives of our volunteers.
A full induction and training will be provided and you will have the chance to work in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Full driving licence is required for this post.
